He also handles DevOps for the studio’s projects server setup, deployments, and keeping sites fast, secure, and easy to maintain long after launch.
Santosh Kumar Kancharla
- Co-founder · Development & technical build
Santosh is a WordPress developer and designer working across PHP, WordPress, and Elementor with SEO and Figma design as part of every build, taking projects from first wireframe through to a finished, working build. He’s equally comfortable shaping how a page looks and writing the code that makes it hold up.
He works closely with Gautam on every project custom plugin work, WooCommerce builds, and the day-to-day development that keeps things moving so clients get two people actually building their site, not just one point of contact relaying work to someone else.

- Why we work this way
Sixteen years, split two ways
We started working together because most agencies either over-promise with a big team, or you’re stuck with one freelancer juggling everything alone. Splitting design/strategy and development between the two of us means projects move faster without losing the personal attention of working directly with the people building your site.
When you reach out, you’re talking to one of us not a project manager relaying messages to a team you’ll never meet.
- Ongoing support
